I read the one and only review on this website and found it necessary to write my own. My family's experience with Big Dog was not just a case of good service, but a case of the owners going above and beyond the call of duty. This past Spring, we had a forest fire that endangered our horses. While trying to get them out of the area, our truck's water pump blew.
