Happy to build a truck and even use it in their advertising, but unfortunately they won’t provide any after-sales support for the suspension. I was advised that once the truck is built, I’d have to go to another dealer for servicing. It’s disappointing that a company is happy to sell and build a truck but isn’t prepared to back up the products they sell with ongoing after-sales support.

Very professional crew. Very flexible with some changes I made after I paid deposit and got the job done in the 5 days I could leave the vehicle there. Dealt with Dean and Drew before I dropped my Chev off and then Harry for the week that I was there. All great to deal With and nothing was too hard. I was initially of the view that they were at the high end of pricing, however after seeing the work and the service I got - you get what you pay for - quality. Great experience from the initial consult to the actual build !! Absolutely love my new truck !! I ended up adding few items during the build which was accommodated without any issues. Dean and the team at Big Dog Builds have done a fantastic job on my truck, would highly recommend their services.
