After a long wait to pick up a U-Haul vehicle, none of the units were operational, so the trip to the location and the time I spent waiting to be helped were a waste.
Customer service at this place is TERRIBLE; there was a long wait to rent U-Haul towing equipment, and when it came time for pickup, none of the equipment was in good condition. This place and its staff are awful.
Customer service was good, but they installed my center caps improperly and lost 3 of them because they installed with a drill instead of a screwdriver. They’re $100 piece. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend anyone to go there for anything.
Got some tires mounted. Alex took care of me and did a great job. I will definitely be coming back
