We had a check engine light pop up, being 2 hours from home. They were extremely helpful, got us in immedietly to check the engine out and try to find the source. Very knowledgeable, very honest, helped us in a bind as we were stressed it could be something major so far from home. I would highly recommend. Top tier professionalism and knew what he was doing! Always a great experience here. We had found this place a couple years ago and are glad we did! Jeremy and Kathy are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always do their best to get us in fast and get the work done quickly and efficiently. The prices are reasonable also.
Fair pricing and good work. Worth every penny. It's hard to find a good honest mechanic nowadays but Jeremy at Big Dog will always be upfront with you and not try to sell you unnecessary repairs. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
