I can't say enough good things about my experience with Big Dog and Jeremy (mechanic). I was returning home from the U.P. with boat in tow. Checked trailer at gas station and found one hub/wheel to be crazy HOT. Inquired at station if they knew of anyplace I could take it that was close by. Headed down the road to Big Dog and was fortunate that they agreed to look at it....right away. The issue was found and a "get me home" (145 miles) repair was done. Again, right away. Jeremy knows his stuff. Period. Thank you Big Dog Dies... read more
They quickly diagnosed my brake line issue and fixed it, accommodating my travel schedule. Good price.
We had a check engine light pop up, being 2 hours from home. They were extremely helpful, got us in immedietly to check the engine out and try to find the source. Very knowledgeable, very honest, helped us in a bind as we were stressed it could be something major so far from home. I would highly recommend. Top tier professionalism and knew what he was doing! Thank you so much!!
Jeremy does good work and is very knowledgeable. Prices are fair. I take all of my vehicles to him.
Always a great experience here. We had found this place a couple years ago and are glad we did! Jeremy and Kathy are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always do their best to get us in fast and get the work done quickly and efficiently. The prices are reasonable also.
