I ordered a chair from this website over a month ago. It had missing pieces. I sent a picture of the pieces I had and they said they would send the missing pieces to me. 2 weeks later and I get a package with some of the missing pieces however not all of them. I emailed them straight away then didn't hear back from them for over a week. Today I get an email asking for another picture of the pieces I received.
