I called about needing a roadside service on Saturday morning . Spoke with Tyrese he initially was very nice and helpful saying he would locate my part and get to my truck as soon as possible , however my driver waited over 10 hrs and he said he was still busy . We said ok well can you do the morning . He said sure. Called my driver 9am and he said he was on his way to him 3 pm no show 4 pm still now show. This caused major inconvenience for me . Mechanic showed up high out his mind,whole truck smelling like weed.6 hours to couldn’t change a serpentine belt,charged me 500$ and didn’t have the proper tools and left. Highly do not recommend.Not professional at all. Pizarro Enterprises
