This weekend, my family drove from Illinois to experience Big Dicks (which they have only heard good things about from friends). Sadly, we were all very disappointed with our service. The waitress was very rude and rudely asked my family what we wanted to drink. When another table commented on her behavior, and asked to speak with a manager, nobody ever came to hear the customer out. Will not be going back.
I seriously had the most rude waitress I’ve ever had in my life, after her rude comment about us splitting the check. We let that go but then we became much worse and asked what do you want ! So rudely I lost it and told her to go get a manager. Manager never came . Instead sent us another waitress who acted fake . I had family coming up from Illinois who really wanted to try it . I was so embarrassed, we will never go back . I will tell everyone I can not to go . No one ever said sorry or apologized at all.

Loved the food and the staff. We were here on bikers fest very busy but service was great.
We had a group of 9 go in to eat and drink the waitress was very rude. When checking on us she was hateful and rude. Then confronted us about not leaving a tip on the credit card before she had checked the table, we had left her a cash tip (which wasn't deserved)!!! We'll never go back again. Bartender was rude as well...
