Called them on a Friday at 3pm to check on a 4wheeler that was supposed to be serviced and ready by the weekend. They said they hadn’t started working on it yet. They called at 4 pm and said it was done. They billed me for two hours. They suck to deal with. I’d drive an hour or two before I go back to them.
Very very poor customer service id recommended calling or going to any other place instead of delta honda BATESVILLE IS GARBAGE
This place is a joke! Not only do they screw over employees they screw over customers as well! Piss poor management! Take your units and business somewhere else they don’t deserve it!!!!!
Will never take my side by side here again. Called Tuesday around lunch and asked if they could fit me in this week to replace an axle. I was told they could and it would be done Thursday or Friday if they didn’t have to order the part. Took it up there that afternoon and never heard from them the rest of the week.
