My son was referred to Big Dawg Transmissions. Even though it wasn’t a transmission issue, we needed a new timing belt and kit replaced since it was getting up to 100k miles. Joey said he could do it. Joey was easy to talk to, responsive and patient. I liked that Joey was upfront with the price and that there were no up-sales or anything like that. The price was super fair and the work was completed in less than two days. If I have any engine troubles, I will make sure I call Big Dawgs to do the job.
I had brought my truck here to get my transmission worked on and then my truck gave up on me I took it too get looked at by a very great mechanic and they told me my transmission was bad I called Big Dawg Transmission office and the guy was very rude and acted like I was lying about them messing up my transmission I lost thousands of dollars and my dream truck all because I trusted this place. Please don’t big your car here you will end up loosing a lot of money and your car.
Called him to ask about my jeep patriot transmission. The gentleman was very honest and helpful
