4 complaints related to Service Charges & Customer Service of today's Call. 1. Warranty charge $95 truck roll and since my issue isn't cover due to a part on Recall list. On a home built in 1993 what was expected. Big Dawg Mechanical refused to discount me. 2. I had a water leak in basement in my kitchen area from ceiling on a half inch water line. 3 people said they can fix for $300 or less. They said it was a simple 20 min job.
