Repeat Guests Say It All - What a fun summer filling our freezers and enjoying three (of four) different boats with Big Dan’s Fishing Charters. Always top notch Captains and Crew to help you get the fish each time. This year we also stayed at the Riverfront Lodge in the one bedroom cabin. Dan and Sarah run an awesome place and phenomenal ocean and river charters. If you’re scrolling looking for a charter service out of Homer or Seward, or a great Kenai fishing experience, stop scrolling and call. Now. Seriously, they book up well ahead because once you’ve been here or been on one of the trips out of Homer - you won’t need to look elsewhere.
Outstanding attention to detail with this fishing charter and camp. Sarah was the best and hands down can out fish you. Can’t say enough great things about this place. Once in a lifetime for some of us just turned into we’ll be back for sure.
This is absolutely the best lodge in Alaska hands down!!!!! Sarah is truly the hardest working, caring person I’ve ever met. She does everything she can to make sure the guests feel at home and are having a great experience. The cabins are beautiful, it’s truly a bring your clothes and everything else is supplied fishing experience! If you want to wade and fish she has waders, if you don’t then you can fish from the docks. Rods and equipment are supplied, fish cleaning station and processing facilities on sight. Phenomenal location! Great people! Hubby loved the non-stop fishing Dan and Sarah are excellent hosts and are very friendly. We felt right at home.
