The equipment I saw was brand new listing price on Amazon (I checked; they seem prey on people who don't know what they're talking about...). It had a missing plate and no returns possible. The hustling made it difficult to focus on what I was looking at. I don't care about the awards; I had better experiences. Fix your problems.

I quit giing there b/c the old woman that works behind the counter is; worthless, dumb and rude as hell.
I went to sell my 65' inch TV to they raises asses! So I took it up there a total of three time because I didn't have the one mini box or cord so I go back home find the box and NOT the cord! So I bring it back up the with just the box for them to turn me away again! Really nice and knowledgable people. Very clean shop, large variety of items that are high in quality and great customer service.
Great staff and you know you can trust them to do you right
Be careful, took in a gemologist graded diamond ring and already priced at gold rush before they graded the diamond lower then offered less. I told them it was graded by a gemologist and gold rush(scrapper) offered more, they got uptight and asked for the GIA papers. Why, the scrapper didn't need it and offered more? Be careful not sure they are professionals as much as opportunists.
