order off uber. saw bad reviews tried canceling. called them and a robot told me to use uber app. went to uber app and the robot told me to call them. went in person and they said they can’t refund. took the food to give it a chance. it was room temperature in a locker. very bland. small portion even for being half off. felt sick a few hours later. Still no refund or accountability. I guess cause it’s a ghost kitchen there’s no one to be responsible for this.

Ordered online. Decent taste and flavor. Small portions for the price compared to other Hawaiian BBQ places.

Ordered through DoorDash and the order was delayed so much I ended up canceling. Not because of the driver- the driver was waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Lost money on this order. I will never order from this place again.

The portions are small -- I was surprised by how small the "big plate" was, and then found out that they even have extra rice under the meat to make the container look fuller. Bbq chicken was cold (even though I ate this immediately after it became ready for pickup). The fried chicken was ok but some of my pieces were completely unseasoned. Even the bits that were seasoned were still quite bland. I was like "ah, it must be because I'm supposed to eat it with the sauce, right?". Horrible food value place. The plates have very little meat.
