You want to understand the situation better?!? How about $6300 for work on 4 vehicles that still needed basically the same work done after they left?! I trusted you people. It's hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but these guys earned my business. They replaced my brakes, installed a new alternator, and rotated my tires, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were honest, professional, and treated me with respect from start to finish. My vehicle drives great, and I left knowing everything was done right. Above and Beyond!!!....This is the service you can expect if need of repair! We broke down on Hwy 81 (while traveling from VA) on a Fri night just before their closing at 5PM. First, I pulled into a local O'Reilly's (Dandridge, TN) and had my engine diagnosed which showed I needed a new coil pack and No.5 spark plug.
