Not good. Brisket was tough not slow cooked. If not for the taste of charcoal starter fluid I would have bet it was cooked in the oven. Ordered a pound and received maybe a 1/2 pound no onions or pickles and 2.slices of bread. Maybe the soul food is better. I won't be trying it though.

Excellent brisket and ribs.
Honestly, SO GOOD. The boyfriend had a brisket sandwich and I had the rib plate. It's a pretty simple looking lil food truck, but literally some of the best BBQ we've ever had.
Meat tender and juicy. Fall off the bone ribs, great sides. Will definitely go back. I got the plate packed.
