I messaged Jeff after a newly installed pot filler installed by my contractor during my kitchen renovation leaked and I had a good amount of water that accumulated in my basement. He came that evening to look at it for me and told me a lot of the plumbing done in the reno was not to code. He provided an estimate and scope of the work that needed to be done to bring it to code. I'm writing this on the behalf of my disabled, veteran brother. My brother had big daddy come to his home to repair a burst pipe under his home. Big daddy only capped off the outside spigot and never repaired the leak. Then charge him $300. This company is a disgrace. Not only not doing the job but taking advantage of the most vulnerable people, the elderly. Also my brother has been trying to get a receipt so he can to put a claim into his insurance and big daddy not returning any of his phone calls!
