Jeff of Big Daddy Plumbing is an example of what customer service should be. On Friday, after reviewing local plumbers, I called Jeff about a problem with our smart toilet. Less than a minute after I left a message he called back and committed to take a look at the problem (stopped flushing) within a couple hours of our discussion. Jeff at Big Daddy Plumbing help me out big time! I had a navien combi unit crash on me right at 430pm. I call Jeff, and he came right over. He spent some time really trying everything get it back up and running. Unfortunately, it was dead. Jeff discussed what options we had. And a few days later he installed a brand new unit, and adjusted the pipes to be a bit more esthetically pleasing. I will definitely recommend big daddy plumbing to my friends and family. Price was very fair, and I'm happy with the work!
We got into our office on a Monday morning and had no heat. Called Jeff and he was at our office in less than an hour. Turns out our oil company let us run out! Jeff went out of his way to get us up and running and even stayed until we got an oil delivery so he could make sure everything was good. Highly recommend them!!!!
Combi Boiler Installation. Jeff told me it would be a one day job. It took 4 days, never came back to finish and never installed a new propane line! My fault he seemed trustworthy. When he asked, I paid all but the last $500 with over $2000 of work to go. Other issues (SEE PHOTOS): Did not clean up and left me a huge mess to get rid of including my old oil tank and the oil.
