We hired Big Daddy to install an in-ground pool and re-do our existing landscaping. Overall, our experience with Big Daddy was excellent. Once we decided to get a pool we got estimates and had sit downs with three different pool builders including Big Daddy. What made us pick Big Daddy was their dedication to keeping a personal touch to the way they interacted with their customers. With the other pool builders we were just another number (or it felt that way). Great Company! Doug and his staff are highly competent and professional. They are trustworthy and were very supportive of any concerns that arose through the process. I would hire them for any of my construction projects.
Big Daddy Construction was a great experience for us from start to finish. We met with them in person on several occasions to finalize the design of our pool. They sent several updates to us through the internet and made all the changes we requested. Our pool was installed in late summer 2014. We were told up front that it would take anywhere from 3-4 months from start to completion. Our pool was completely finished within two months.
