I get all my tires from Big-D, There is an old saying "Quality,Speed,Low Price, Pick Two because no one can give you all Three." Well Big-D comes real close to all three.
I had a concern/issue with the tire installation and Dave quickly and completely took care of it. Fantastic.
Great place, great prices, have bought numerous sets for my truck and snow tires for my Cruze, also have them mount my studded snows every winter.
I've been to Big D 3-4 times and each time they've given super service, good prices and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend them.
Can't say enough good things about this business. An honest business, in this day and age! I stopped in because my tire pressure light was on; they took me right in. Turned out that the pressure sensor was leaking in one tire; the fix was either a new rubber gasket (cheap) or a new sensor ($90) - they would know once they got the tire off the rim. This company is WONDERFUL! I've dealt with these people for the last 10 years and have always been given above and beyond service. As a single older woman, not too knowledgeable about automotive needs, I've been assisted professionally without being taken advantage of. Quality of service and products is great. These guys always seem to do the "little extra" to help and always with a smile. I recommend HIGHLY !
