We noticed our hot water tank was leaking and Derek was able to come out and replace it the very next day. Communication, service, and installation was professional and seamless. Highly recommended!
Derek was a pleasure to work with! He was quick and organized in scheduling our small residential job, communicated well and showed flexibility and agility when we realized the job had expanded to a second issue in our home. He effectively set expectations with the estimate he provided beforehand and was helpful telling us how we could fix part of the problem ourselves. Had a great experience working with Derek. He installed our dishwasher and under mount sink during a kitchen Reno. Well be calling him in the future for any other plumbing needs
Be warned. The 4.9 stars are a result of Pipe Dreams taking over Big D plumbing. Big D was excellent. Scroll down and you will see the comments are for Big D and Denis. Not only was the cost of having our tub silicone replaced by Pipe Dreams exorbitant, Derek's customer service skills leave much to be desired. Zero stars.
Everything was done clean and professionally done. Great communication! Highly recommend it!
