went out of business boarded up no ones home hate that for any customers
I purchased a boat from Big D marine last year. It was everything but a smooth transaction. I purchased an aftermarket warranty through them that I could cancel at anytime and get a refund. Fast forward a year and I’ve sold my boat but big D marine won’t cancel my warranty or give me a prorated refund. I’ve been trying for months and get the run around every time I call. Horrible customer service. I highly suggest steering clear of big d marine
