Terrible communication from the service department. Three months to get boat back. The mechanic did a great job, but no returned calls from Doug or service department I would not recommend Big D marine for boat service. When Jerry was there the service was great.
Nice salesman, nice inventory.
Doug is THE guy for parts at Big D! He is knowledgeable and cares about his job! He goes above and beyond to make sure we have the parts we need in a timely and accurate fashion. As a business owner, time and accuracy is essential! I am loyal customer because of Doug.

The owner of this places fantastic brought in my boat he stopped what he was doing and told me how to fix it and didn’t charge me anything. Turned out to be a real minor problem.
