Edit: it’s been 2 going on 3 years since we bought the boat and we have so many issues. Delaminating by the center console that Big D says they have nothing to do with (we’ve been dealing with this issue for over a year and have been getting the run around the entire time). The back of the boat where the power poll was installed is rotting. This is fully on Big D as they installed the power poll. Great service
These people are the most incompetent boat repair shop in the Galveston area not to mention their crooks. They had my boat for over six months and tried to fully charge me my entire bill of almost $12,000 even though less than half of the work that was put on the work order was even done. This place has the worst management on top of that when they knew I had several issues going on with my boat and still did not take any initiative to go through the boat to ensure that everything had been addressed. If i could give them 0 I would. Bought a boat there totally backed out on everything agreed to on purchase. After the sale no one would ever return my call. Out of 4 boat purchases by far the worst.
