I LOVE this company!! They have wonderful owners and employees. Everyone is very helpful. The prices are great, and they really go out of their way to provide for their customers! I think this company is AWESOME!!! Big D Bolt and Tool strives for customer satisfaction and always treats their hard working employees GREAT! (believe me I know.) I have done business with this company for years, and have always been treated great. I dont know where these other people get their information about employees but they have had the same people working there for years, and the website says clearly to call for availability if you are in a hurry. I just hate it when people trash a company without the facts to back them up.
I placed an order for a VSR drill on 2-24-09. Website says item was in stock and My credit card was charged for the purchase. A week passed with no update so I emailed them on 3-2-09, no reply. I called the next day and was told They would check into it and call me right back, No call.On 3-5-09 I was informed by email my order was canceled due to item being out of stock.AVOID this seller !!
