Big Cypress installed a massive residential tiki hut for us 6 years ago. the Hut itself is well constructed and beautiful. 6 months after installation we noticed the wood was infested with powderpost beetles (similar to termites). We had to pay for an extermination company to come and spray all the posts which did seem to Halt the problem above ground but unfortunately did not stop the rot Underground Now 6 years later we are having massive wood rot in the posts underground, now we are having to have all the posts replaced. ... read more

I called around and Big Cypress is the ONLY tiki business that called me back. Robyn visited when she said she should. She brought samples and made suggestions that made our tiki so much better. When it came time for installation, the crew was clean, fast and very professional. Again, they showed up when they said they would, completed the work faster than promised and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. We couldn't be happier.
They were great. Worked with us for the design and showed up on time with a very professional and friendly staff. Our tiki is amazing and we're blown away with the whole process. Highly recommend.
