Responding to the negative review from an ex-resident who was disgruntled because they were given the option to move (re: provable lease violations) or be evicted. Big Creek Point is a beautiful Senior property with No Smoking policy strictly enforced. It is quiet and peaceful within walking distance to shopping and the beach!!! Pets are welcome (20lbs or smaller) with a Pet station set up on property for convenience.

The managers are great but the corporation has not enacted the non-smoking policy on the property as of 2023. Great apartments but no entry without going through smokers. If you have lung issues like me, this is bad for health. I would hope they would start a new policy 2024 that helps people stop smoking or find alternate housing as 85% of residents do not smoke. We are old, no one should smoke at this age. There are other means of nicotine delivery that do not require ruination of breathing air. Thanks for a great place ot... read more
