The customer service was excellent I was met with the most helpful service ever. Totally helpful with everything I needed i was able to get the job done due to the fact of the parts that was available. I needed a complete tub shower knob assembly for a outdated component and Big Creek was the only store out of three that I ventured that could help me. I highly recommend visiting this establishment. Thank you for your help.
Stopped in today to look for a pipe fitting. Took forever to get help. No one up front and rang bell, still took forever. I was greeted with "you're asking the wrong person" and informed me that she was the only one there and was directed to go somewhere else. Glad to know you hire employees that can't be bothered.
If you need a repair part for a faucet, this is the place. If they don't have it they can most likely order it
