Excellent customer service! Every time I have a problem,I go there and they have the parts I need and give me advice on how to install them properly!
Was referred by another supply store that didn’t have my part, they said 99% sure Chet will take care of it. He was right, not only did they have it but this customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. Chet spent a good amount of time trying to find me the right part, which was just 40 bucks. He even followed up with me to make sure it was the right part. Couldn’t ask for any better. Great people.

The customer service was excellent I was met with the most helpful service ever. Totally helpful with everything I needed i was able to get the job done due to the fact of the parts that was available. I needed a complete tub shower knob assembly for a outdated component and Big Creek was the only store out of three that I ventured that could help me. I highly recommend visiting this establishment.
