Dr. Mize and the staff at Big Creek are amazing people. Words can describe the love felt by everyone. They treated Bear like one of their own. I knew the day I walked into the vet that is was a special place. I will never forget this experience. Thank you to all of you. My heart is full.
After my companion Riley was attacked by a rogue dog one Sunday afternoon, I was so pleased to find out that they were open. Dr Kraft and Shelby were very accommodating and professional, helping out Riley and her owner at ease during care. Dr Kraft was also kind enough to follow up. These are great people who understand that pets are part of the family; you can see it in their eyes, their empathy and their compassion.
I will be forever grateful to the staff of Big Creek Animal Hospital for taking care of our beloved yellow lab, Reese over the past two years. Special thanks to Dr. Estes and Dr. Pollard for all of your love and support.
The entire staff, from the receptionists, to the vet techs all the way up to the doctors are kind, compassionate and simply amazing. They have taken great care with all of our pets and our family. We love everyone in this office and cannot recommend them highly enough!
Just wanted to come on here and thank Big Creek Animal Hospital for yesterday. I know they have had a bad wrap on the nextdoor app before, so I was hesitant to bring my foster kitten into their office when she seemed very sick. However at the time yesterday, our normal vet was not open. This kitten and her sibling were left for 2 days alone with no mom, so it wasn’t great to begin with.
