I called in and spoke directly to Shannon after a less than impressive experience trying to get setup with my insurance company’s recommendation of Safelight. From the first phone call to the end of service, this place is a class act. They are efficient, thorough, and above all, thoughtful. Posting this because the owner of this company fired a employee. I was on the phone when this man fired her. Then has been telling other company's that she walked out and lying about him firing her. He right out said it wasn't a good fit and to clean out her desk. This shows the true colors of the owner/manager of this company. Karma is real.
Very impressed! I called to inquire about getting a new windshield and they were able to order it and get me scheduled within a few days. Great craftmanship, very efficient, excellent communication with all employees and the turnaround on my new windshield was very fast. I would highly recommend this small business for all your auto glass needs. Thanks again for your great work!
Called and asked for a price for a Windshield. Was told that I will be called back with a price. Called again 2 days later to inquire and was promised that someone would get back to me again. 2 weeks later still no call back. Got the Windshield elsewhere.
