This firm has THE worst communication practice, ever. They refuse to speak to the parties actually completing the transaction. Choosing instead to hide behind my Realtor. Compounding this mess, I was given a 14-hour request for corporate documents, (through my Realtor) though they had my closing for nearly four weeks prior. I was also not provided my HUD 48 hours in advance of closing, as required by law, and the final payment was incorrect, but fixed upon my follow up.
Big Country Title in Eastland has an excellent and vigilant team! Tamra and Sherry are rockstars!
