We bought an RV here during covid ao we knew we overpayed. Went back to upgrade -they use old school pricing tactics. I wanted do support a local business - but we have quotes for the exact same RV at 3 other dealers that are 3-5 hours from central Oregon that are 30% less$$. Also took out original RV in to find out why the water was leaking. They said it was the faucet and we need to replace it. We did - leak is still there. A couple of months ago we made an appointment to bring our trailer in for service. We always state that we don't want our trailer sitting outside for a long period because we keep it in a shop to protect it, so we make an appt to bring it in so that they can start working on it. It never fails that the trailer still sits there waiting for service for weeks after we bring it in at the appointed time. We made the appt in August. We took it in on Oct 18. Purchased a new 2021 Lance just under a year ago (2021, on the third trip out we drove 3 hours away from home to an RV resort 3 miles away from the dealership in which we purchased the trailer. I had no power to the fridge or hot water heater while plugged in or 12 volt power, Nothing! checked all fuses and breakers and everything under the sun and could not locate the problem.
