Poor business practices, kyle is not a man of his word
DO NOT BRING YOU BOAT HERE! Brought my boat in for 3 repairs. 1- transom/engine reseal (silicon was everywhere on the boat) 2- hydraulic cylinder reseal (still had problems leaking down) 3- lower unit service While they had the boat doing these repairs I was told that since the boat had been sitting for an extended amount of time the engine would not run due to plugged up carbs and dirty fuel in the tank which I was then quoted 7.5hrs of labor for carb cleaning. Took my pontoon boat in for getting all the carbs cleaned and eveything told them whatever else yal find fix it. I want it 100 lake ready. Well 3 weeks go by they call said my boat is ready for pick up. Took it to lake soon as I picked it up. I get out to middle of lake it dies won’t start back up. Used trolling motor to get back to shore/trailer . I take it back to them. Then don’t her from them for 3 weeks after dropping it back off. I call they said they forgot about me.
