When a certain major company in town with the initials B, P, H & E came in to diagnose and possibly fix my A/C unit, I was left with a bill for $350.00 and no solution but to pay them $6,000.00+ for a new system. They claimed I had lost 4lbs of refrigerant and that there was a leak in my line. In comes Big Country HVAC. Within just over an hour we had a proper diagnosis and a solution.
