Went there today to exchange a melted lump of platinum that used to be a Rolex watch. My mother (because she knows about Rolex watches) understood a good deal more than I did, and Zack explained everything carefully and in detail, and even gave some good information on other items we weren't willing to sell (or didn't have on hand). I am not a big review writer, but I had to write on this business. Service is well beyond outstanding. I had some sterling sliver that I did not need so I took to the local big pawn shop in town to sell as scrap. They offered me $250.00 for a 1lb 14oz ask the guy why so low as they said they paid 75% on spot market. Then he told me that silver when melted would 15 to 20% non sliver. Now that on sliver that was .925 that's only 7.5% not sliver. Never had taken anything here before so I thought I give them a try. PAID me $322.... read more

Went to every gold dealer in Abilene Tx, by far the nicest and easy to deal with and gave the best price dont get ripped off anywhere else because i have some stupid offers.
