Big city has replaced our new patio doors 3 times… there is a fog between the window panes.. every “ new” install was the same result….. beware using them… product quality is horrible

We got a quote from them once, several years ago Since then they will not stop calling us, we have told them to stop more than 20 times now, we blocked their number and another number called us At this point I'm reasonably certain what they are doing is illegal, but regardless don't give these people your business unless you want to be harassed for years.

They constantly harass you. I entered a contest at a trade show 2 years ago and have been harassed non stop. After the first call I asked to be removed from the call list. They continued to call me. I asked 2 additional times and was continuously called every week, sometimes 2-3 times a week. Finally when I asked for a manager I was contacted by a French lady - I cannot recall her name - this was over a year and a half ago.
