Hired big city windows and doors to replace all the windows in my home, under the condition that my very expensive shutters fit back in. Guess what, they don't. Now I'm out 20k for windows and a few extra few grand for new shutters. One of our windows is rounded and has custom trim. They originally told me they would take the trim away and make a mold to have it look identical. They put back what was there and it looks like absolute trash. Big City Windows and Doors just finished a big renovation to my house. I couldn't be happier, 5 stars. Replaced a few windows, new doors front and back and replaced ALL the siding on the house. Communication with the office was excellent and the installers were fantastic. special mention to the installer of the siding, Stef, who did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him...extremely meticulous in his job. Happy with my new portico enclosure, installed by Big City Windows. The crew arrived promptly in the morning, worked efficiently and tidily, addressed the multitude of questions that I had along the way, and did a good job and adhered to the original quote (no surprises). All the staff from Max the rep to the several admin/office staff and installers communicated well and were prompt, pleasant, and courteous. I find the realm of home renos somewhat stressful and was pleased with how smoothly it went.
