**DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.** Save yourself the time and stress that this company caused our family. Our doors and windows were replaced, but we are now experiencing condensation and icing on our main entrance door. Their so-called technician immediately blamed me, claiming that I was keeping the humidity in the house too high. Ironically, the only issue is the main entrance door. Her expertise in providing the information concerning details of product, color, measurements, and warranty was professional and it was all done in the time-frame quoted to us. On the day of installation, the servicemen (Father & Son team) were punctual, courteous and proficient in removing, adjusting, and installing the new door unit. Update: Their response is inaccurate, as they are fully aware of who I am — they contact me at least once a week. This feels like a manipulative attempt to protect themselves. I have attached a photo of their most recent call as proof. I had a really negative experience with this company.
