Update: I have officially purchased elsewhere after my husband and I waited months to get answers. Sales representative Marie knows nothing about the product- and the phones are not answered- we even decided to show up at the showroom mid day on a tuesday and the doors were locked? What kind of company is this??? Dont waste your time here!
This company is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. To get clients, they present their defective products as high-quality with a lifetime warranty.
