Big City Windows and Doors just finished a big renovation to my house. I couldn't be happier, 5 stars. Replaced a few windows, new doors front and back and replaced ALL the siding on the house. Communication with the office was excellent and the installers were fantastic. special mention to the installer of the siding, Stef, who did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him...extremely meticulous in his job. Happy with my new portico enclosure, installed by Big City Windows. The crew arrived promptly in the morning, worked efficiently and tidily, addressed the multitude of questions that I had along the way, and did a good job and adhered to the original quote (no surprises). All the staff from Max the rep to the several admin/office staff and installers communicated well and were prompt, pleasant, and courteous. I find the realm of home renos somewhat stressful and was pleased with how smoothly it went.
The installers were amazing! They were polite, fast, efficient and extremely clean! These windows are beautiful, they brighten up my home. The installer even took down my blind and reinstalled on the new window! They were amazing! Thank you so much for a great job, I will be passing your name to everyone I know!!
I had the pleasure of great service and a high quality product from Big City Windows. From the sales representative (Trevor) to the installers (Levan and Taras) and everyone I spoke to in the office (Mary in particular), I was delighted with the service, the consideration and the timely receipt of my new living room window. In particular, the installers took great care to do a seamless installation and left my living room restored to its previous state and spotless. I highly recommend them!
