Go Elsewhere Maybe this place is good for regulars, but I had no fun. They seem to expect you to order MGD or something along those lines, and the service is unfriendly.
Hawkeye Bar This is nothing fancy, but I like the fact it is an Iowa Hawkeye's bar as well as a late night spot. The music isn't bad at night, and they broadcast Hawkeye sports!

On Saturday June 23rd, 2018, a trans woman was turned away at the door because she is trans. This was only the reason the door person gave for not allowing her in. No business for transphobes.
Worst Experience Ever ! – Early this morning my friends and I were waiting in line then all of a sudden my friend and I were DENIED entry because we were deemed "inappropriate". The inappropriateness was not our clothing, body oder, extreme intoxication, or any other reason that would make humanly sense. The reason: OUR HAIR STYLE!!!
