The crew at Big City Optical was so kind and welcoming to my 13 year old during his first eye exam and resulting glasses selection. Thanks to the whole team for making him feel safe and cared for. He’s excited for his glasses, and truly enjoyed the time we spent with you. The staff is also very knowledgeable about working with insurance, which made things very easy for me. Highly recommend.

Raymona, Dr. Ou, and the Assistant Manager (I forgot her name 😞) were all so attentive, kind and professional on my first visit here. Ray curated a selection of frame options and she picked the frames I ended up ordering! The ordering process was super fast and I’ll be picking up my glasses today, earlier than expected. I definitely recommend Big City Optical to anyone that needs the perfect pair of glasses! I will be coming back for my Tom Ford frames soon ✨🤭❤️

I’ll get to the point This the best experience that I have had in a long time. The Dr was more than friendly and took her time to explain everything The clerk(I’m not good with names) was top notch! I asked if anyway to get my glasses quickly. She made time and took my order to UPS as I was walking out door. Thanks to them all

excellent service and quality glasses and contacts. The staff is friendly and helpful and the doctor (Alison Ou) is both first rate and very helpful. She takes the time to make sure her diagnosis is correct and that you are getting the best vision assistance possible. I am very happy I chose Big City Optical for my Chicago vision needs.

The staff was amazing, and the doctor was both friendly and professional. The exam was thorough, and I appreciated having plenty of time to ask questions and discuss my concerns.
