I was happy about my experience until I learned that I was charged a one year warranty without knowing. Cashier didn’t mention it at check out and store manager denied a refund after I was on a call with him for half an hour. The warranty doesn’t even worth it - you’re still going to pay $100 to get a new pair within the period ($50 each for frame and lens). Not something I would have paid if I knew. They probably knows so too which is why it’s put on my bill without telling me - much easier to deny a refund than convincing ... read more
The exam was great. I loved the doctor. But then I received an inaccurate quote for contacts and ended up paying more than expected. When I went to the store to ask for help, they took no responsibility.
The crew at Big City Optical was so kind and welcoming to my 13 year old during his first eye exam and resulting glasses selection. Thanks to the whole team for making him feel safe and cared for. He’s excited for his glasses, and truly enjoyed the time we spent with you. The staff is also very knowledgeable about working with insurance, which made things very easy for me. Highly recommend.
