Dr. Ou was so thorough and helped answer any questions I had. This was definitely one of the most helpful eye appointments I’ve ever had! I also want to thank the reception staff for helping me get the best deal on my contacts.
My recent eye exam and purchase of glasses was outstanding. The best exam I have experienced in over 50 years of optometry visits . Dr Ou was meticulous and thorough with the exam and very clear and informative in explaining the results. Rae was extremely helpful while helping me find the exact frames I wanted. I will continue to visit this Big City for all my exams and glasses from now on.
TL;DR: I’ve used Big City Optical for 2 years but no longer plan to return. The only great part of my experience and the reason for not making this a one star review was working with Dr. Knight. I rarely write negative reviews but at this point I’ve had enough negative experiences at BCO that it would be irresponsible not to let others know.
