Drove 3hrs to get the expected car, but someone from the dealers crashed the car
I just had an appointment with big city.mistubishi and it was the worse experience I ever had at a dealership. I pulled in. Was checking out some cars. Looking for BMW I saw the day before. Someone after a while asked me if I needed help. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for and that I needed a car right now and was willing to wait this week. This place is a pure scam! We made an appointment because we live 2 hours away. 30 mins before arriving we called to confirm that the car was still available. They stated that the car was transferred to their sister dealer in Queens and sold the night before. Then, an hour later someone called us to check our ETA to the appointment and stated that the car was still in the Brooklyn lot.
