Bruce and his crew replaced the glass in our 1930s character home. Old houses rarely make this kind of work straightforward, and they handled it well. Communication was clear throughout, and when a couple of issues came up they were sorted out quickly and without fuss. I would happily hire them again.
I was dreading getting our foggy windows replaced. I reached out to a different company a few years ago and they wanted ME to send THEM measurements which was... a lot of work. Big City came out, quoted quickly, and was back a few weeks later for the installation. The crew was tidy and fast. The whole job was.... not a big deal. I'm wishing I'd done this a long time ago! House was left in perfect condition, minus the foggy windows! They even moved and replaced all the furniture back into the right spots.
Bruce and his team did an excellent job with a window installation and trim replacement. They performed the work quickly and to a high standard and left the work area clean.
BCG installed vinyl windows for us last year, and this year replaced the glass in some aluminum frame windows that we didn't want to completely replace. Each time the owner communicated clearly, the crew was polite and considerate, they arrived on time and worked quickly, and cleaned everything beautifully. Highly recommend.
Bruce and crew were extremely easy to get along with. I made a few mistakes and Bruce was pleased to came back and helped me out with my order.
