Highly recommend Big City Bikes. I was guided through what needed to be replaced at a fair rate! Very quick service too!
I had a great experience buying an Aventon E bike today at BiG City Bikes. They are the only Aventon dealer in the city limits of Chicago. They are conveniently located with plenty of street parking nearby. Adam did a great job of explaining the various pros and cons of each bike model. He made it very easy to test drive the different models I was interested in. He answered all of my many questions professionally and with patience. I highly recommend Big City Bikes without reservation
Brad was super helpful helping me select a preowned bike. Will 100% be going back for maintenance and maybe even upgrades in the future.
