I stopped into Big City Barbershop the other day. I usually book with Troy, Matt, or Kaidan. This time I walked in without booking and JJ gave me a cut. He did an excellent job. I'm very happy how it looks. These guys always do professional work and I'd highly recommend going to any of them! They do exactly what I ask for and always follow up with questions to make sure they're getting it just right. The fade, the hard part, and the top always come out perfect. I walked into Big City Barbershop with a butchered haircut. I asked if they did walk-ins, which they said yes. I asked Troy if he was able to fix my hair and he replied yes. Night and day difference between the previous barbershop and Big City. Troy wouldn’t even let me pay but I wouldn’t accept no for an answer! I really appreciated his time and willingness to earn my business. He’s got a new customer now!
