I have been trying to contact **** since May to finish work they started at two of my properties. We received quotes for 5 properties. They basically finished the big paying job, said several times they would be out to do the other jobs. Set a date at one point for one location and they didntt show. Havent been able to get **** to answer my calls, emails or text messages since June. Finally got him to answer when I called from a different number because there was a spot on our lot that was buckling. Said to send him pictures... read more

**********On 7/3/2021 we received a quote from **** at Big City Asphalt for extending our existing driveway and parking area in front of a new detached garage being built at our home On 7/7, by email, I received clarification on some questions and advised we were accepting the proposal. At that time I was advised the work could be done about two weeks after notification of being ready. 11 months ago, we had this company repair the asphalt apron at the top of our driveway. They did a good job with the initial work. However they do not respond to emails or phone calls. My concern was about the gradual crumbling of the asphalt where it tapers off onto the concrete. I understand some crumbling but am concerned because one 3 inch section of that border is now separated by a crack about 4 feet in width.
