Dear Big Chicken Management, I am writing to report a food handling issue I observed at your Bridgewater Commons location on 9/17/25 at 3:40-3:50pm. During my visit, I saw a staff member drop a glove on the floor, then proceeded to pick up the dirty glove and put the glove back on before handling food.
