A friend ordered this for me and lord I don’t know what they cook that chicken in but it tastes awful .. the after taste is disgusting .. not sure if it’s canola oil or what but my stomach has been messed up for hours and I have the worst heart burn that will not go away . If you have stomach issues stay away from this place ! I still feel nauseous and I was so excited to try it . Never again .
FYI. The catering app needs 24 hour notice. That isn’t said anywhere. So my order didn’t go through and I wasn’t notified until roughly 30 min before I was to pick up the order. HOWEVER the staff (front desk, cook and manager for lunch on March 4) at the Tannersville location are A+++. They were able to help me get my order fixed ASAP. Really appreciate their customer service, kind demeanor and problem solving skills. Shaq should be proud. Plus. They got an NBA Jam arcade game in the back that helped pass the time.
What more can I say. The food was awesome, the chicken was juicy and full of flavor. And the milkshakes are also great
This is my fiancé and I’s first time trying out Big Chicken, and we absolutely loved it! The chicken was well seasoned, and the French fries were hot and crispy. My fiance ordered an ice cream brownie sundae and the young lady at the register was kind enough to offer us two spoons to share! The prices are affordable and the portions are generous. We had a wonderful experience here and will be returning soon 😊
