The associate who took our order didnt even ask how we were doing they are constantly running out of menu items half the menu wasnt even displaying very disappointing experience hopefully the food is good as soon as my order was taken the employee went back to playing on his phone had to tell him 3 times i wanted a diet soda

The experience was very unpleasant Book large quantity of food, but when I called To receive some information on my order, I was Dismissed and hung up on twice. We spend $100s of dollars to this establishment and this treatment is unacceptable.

This was our first time visiting Big Chicken for a late lunch. We were greeted warmly and the staff was polite in answering our questions. We waited about seven minutes for our food. Our entire family loved the chicken, and the chicken sandwiches were delicious, while the fries were nice and crispy—all freshly cooked. I had expected the sandwiches to be larger, but overall, it was a great experience. I'm giving it 4.7 stars.

Food had mold and chicken was like rubber and all fat. only decent thing was the mac n cheese that just taste like a knock off panera and the fries that are way too salty. place was dead and floors were sticky and there was one cook and one cashier. food was gross. $30 for 2 sandwich meals that went to waste. I don't even think food was made right. there is supposed to be breadcrumbs on the mac n cheese and they're are none, no lettuce or nothing on the sandwhich which there's supposed to.
