Came in at about 8:30 on a Saturday and waited over 30 minutes for our order to be ready. At least three food delivery people came in and also had an obnoxious wait. One of them left and canceled their customers order because the wait was so long. The person at the front was in no way communicating that there was a long wait, or that they were short staffed. First time at a Big Chicken. Service was top notch (greeting, explanation of menu, friendly chit chat). Didn't like the idea of tipping since there isn't table service.
