One of the cashiers yelled at my family and kids for sitting down at a table while waiting for a to-go order. No sign posted no warning. I suggest you fix you attitude before yelling at a bunch of children . In addition , he made everyone else at the restaurant stand. My wife was so offended that we ended up leaving. It’s unfortunate because we’ve been frequent customers of Big Chicken for quite some time. Well I see how people are giving 2 stars reviews and yes why would you want to waste your money on something you don’t like. Come on Shaq you can do better . Please hire someone that knows how to cook. And upgrade your menus with wonderful ingredients. If you want the business going please don’t just put out horrible food out for customers. Thank you.
Do not get the mac and cheese, do not for any reason. It was bland and watery, Ive made store bought velvetta and tasted better. Big Chicken was super disappointing for it to be Shaq's restaurant. Definitely not a place for cheap eats or good taste. I had grilled chicken bites and if it wasn't for the sauces on the side it would've had no flavor. Wouldn't recommend to anyone to be completely honest.
The place was really nice good atmosphere everything, the food was good not the best but I would have it again but the thing that got me was the service this middle aged African American with glasses had an attitude he got orders mixed up, and when I asked a question he got all sassy and started raising his voice
