Placed order online for 2.tender plates. Both plates came incomplete. When my wife called to question, the manager on duty (who refused to give his name) was rude, disrespectful to my wife and making unfounded accusations while he was continuously raising his voice at her. Completely refusing what she had to say and outright denying any and all responsibility for their mistakes. I will not be ordering from here again and advise you avoid this place like the plague.
Thoroughly unpleasant. The kiosk for ordering was rude and unhelpful. Didn't like my name, no description of food, and no receipt printed. Long wait with surly employee. I figured I'd watch the football highlights on TV but couldn't see the picture due to bright lights. Chicken strips were too tough and tasteless to eat. Onion rings good.
This place has great chicken and the staff is amazing, however the seating is cramped and uncomfortable.
