Big Chic owners and employees are always here to serve you the best fried chicken possible. If we won't eat it we won't serve it. Sometimes our customers have to wait and we apologize for that. Buckets require a mixture of chicken which therefore you may be waiting on legs and thighs. Someone else comes in and gets wings we have those so they are not requiring a wait. We hope that you will come by and pick you up some delicious fried chicken!
Forget what the last reviewer said...this place is fantastic. The service was awesome, the food was great, the tea is AMAZING. The prices are reasonable as well.
I waited 50 minutes to get my order in March 2013. It took the cashier 10 minutes just to get my order. After that, people kept coming in AFTER me and ordering and getting there food very quickly. So I asked her what was going on and she said, "We dropped your chicken as soon as we took the order but we are cooking it." So I then asked her how everyone else got their order so quickly.
