Always have great service, great product and usually fast shipping. As a small volume purchaser (5 snakes), they go out of their way to make sure I get my order filled and shipped. I have never been disappointed with the quality or packaging of my order.

They have quality rodents at great prices. Sometimes they are out of the sizes I need due to the fact that more and more people buy from them as they learn of the quality :) I always ask Big Cheese first for all my rodent needs.

just awesome super sweet if you have reptiles need good rodents.we have seven will be buying from here every week.stop paying these pet stores overpriced rodents.

I completely change my opinion on these jerks. Their phone message says they close at 5. My fiance spoke with the owner who said to come after 2:30pm for pickup and my fiance said he'd be there between 3 and 4. By the time he got there (at 4 and he called their phone several times) they were closed. He drove an hour round trip at least. The next day we went again and the owner yelled at my fiance and denied everything. All we asked for was a 5% discount to cover our gas due to the owner's mistake and he refused to do anything to compensate and lied to our faces. His wife even felt bad for us. He's lost a customer for life.
