Placed a delivery order at night that was incorrect and by the time I seen the mistake they had closed for the night. The next day I called to let them know and they apologized plus replaced it without hesitation they are a family favorite and their service is awesome as well as all the food
The grinders we ordered were pretty good. Unfortunately they messed up the order. We ordered 4- 12" grinders. 1 meatball, 1 sausage, 1 Turkey, and 1 eggplant. There were 2 other people listening to the order being put in to verify this. They forgot the peppers on the whole meatball and instead of a whole sausage grinder they gave us another 1/2 meatball grinder. I called them to explain and they said I could "swap" one out.
