I've been a loyal customer for past 10 years,,last week I called in order like always,when I got there, no pizza, someone never put in my order, ok no biggie, so 2 days ago I call in my order, I even told the girl to make sure to put the order in and told her about the week before, so I drive over to get the pizza,I'll be damned, no one put my order in AGAIN..needless to say, I'm extremely bummed out..no more pizza in my diet cause I won't go there ever again, only decent pizza in walla walla.thanks a lot employees...thanks ... read more
Pretty good pizza. GREAT customer service. Definitely choose Big Cheese over Sweet Basil every time. You have been warned! This place actually treats their customer with respect, and not hatred. Do not support Sweet Basil, just this place!
